We do not sell customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to train third-party LLMs.
Anonymized product interaction data is used solely to improve AI Shopping recommendations.
When you enable the Privacy-Safe AI Concierge, your preference is stored in our system and is used for customization only based on anonymized signals.
Zero-Party Data (Privacy-Safe AI Concierge)
If you opt in, we use only your selections and anonymized interaction signals to personalize your own shopping experience. This is discovery-only for agentic recommendations and does not involve training third-party LLM base models.
GDPR Rights

Data Retention and Security
We retain only data needed to operate the service and honor legal obligations. Sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS.
